Limited Warranty:
MediaCraft LLC extends to our
customers the manufacturer's limited
warranty of 12 months from date
of purchase, covering parts and
labor, of all products sold on
Store.MediaCraftlabs.com. ALL
products to be returned for repair
require a Return Authorization
Number (RMA) PRIOR to shipping the product back to MediaCraft
LLC . RMA numbers can be obtained by calling (408) 970-9320
or by email to info (at mark) mediacraftlabs.com. Seller warrants
the products against defects in workmanship or materials only.
Seller does not warrant damage caused by physical abuse of the
product, or damage caused by subjecting the product to voltages
and conditions outside the intended use of the product. Seller
does not warrant any software used with the products and THIS
WARRANTY EXCLUDES ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. The
liability of the Seller for breach of warranty shall be limited
to the refund of the price paid for the products. The Seller
shall not be liable for any other damages or costs whatsoever,
whether direct or consequential.
Return Policy:
MediaCraft LLC offers a 14 day satisfaction guarantee
on all products sold on Store.MediaCraftlabs.com.
If you are not satisfied with the
performance or quality of the product,
you can return it for a full refund
of the purchase price, less shipping
and handling. ALL products to be
returned require a Return Authorization

All returned items must be in their
original packaging and include
all items originally shipped with

Items returned without the original
packaging and accessories will
not be accepted or refunded. Returns
must ship freight prepaid
Privacy policy:
MediaCraft LLC and Store.MediaCraftlabs.com do not disclose ANY customer information to any third party, except for the following reasons:
1) Credit card and other information that is required to process the order payment is disclosed only to our payment processing company (currently PayPal).
2) In the case of a dispute with a customer, we reserve the right to provide only the minimum information about our customers that is required to resolve the dispute.
Under no circumstances will we disclose ANY information about our customers to any other organization or company that would seek that information in order to solicit further business with our customers or to send advertisements or promotional messages or mail to them.
The only email or voice contact we would initiate with a customer is to process their order, provide support in the case of a problem they have notified us of, or to advise our customers of potential product problems or free upgrades to product drivers or associated software.
